SK Success at Canadian Pistol Nationals

The 2025 Canadian Pistol National Championships were held at the Pan American Range in Innisfil, Ontario, from August 15 to August 20, 2025. Organized by the Shooting Federation of Canada (SFC), the event included both High Performance (ISSF) and Open streams of competition. Athletes competed in various individual events, including 10m Air Pistol, 25m Pistol, 25m Standard Pistol, and 25m Rapid Fire.

Anshul Malik delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Canadian Pistol Nationals with SK ammunition:
Gold – Men’s Sport Pistol – National Champion
Gold – Military Rapid Fire Pistol – National Champion
Silver – Rapid Fire Pistol

SK Returns as Official Ammunition of National Rimfire Sporter Rifle Match

SK Ammunition, globally recognized for its reliable, accurate, and affordable ammunition, proudly announces its renewed support of The Civilian Marksmanship Program’s (CMP) National Rimfire Sporter Rifle Match. This partnership marks a significant moment for the prestigious competition, now in its 23rd year.

The 2025 National Rimfire Sporter Match will take place on Sunday, July 20th on the Patrarca Range, located withing the Camp Perry Training siter near Port Clinton, OH, and for the first time ever will utilize electronic targets. Participants will use commonly owned smallbore sporter rifles, weighing up to 7.5 pounds, across three classes: open-sighted (O-Class), telescope-sighted (T-Class), and tactical rifles. The challenging course of fire, spanning 25 and 50 yards, includes slow and rapid-fire series from prone, sitting/kneeling, and standing positions, providing an engaging experience for both new and seasoned shooters.

Jake Stine Takes 2nd at Canadian NRA Smallbore Rifle Championships

Jake Stine, representing Team SK, has reached another significant milestone in his competitive career, earning second place at the 2025 Canadian NRA Smallbore Rifle Championship, the first leg of the Lapua Monarch Cup.

The 2025 Canadian NRA National Smallbore Rifle Silhouette Championships were held at the stunning Bull River Shooters Association in Cranbrook, British Columbia, June 30th – July 1st and officially kicked-off the 2025 Lapua Monarch Cup.

The Lapua Monarch Cup, one of the most prestigious smallbore rifle silhouette competitions in North America, features a two-part series of smallbore standard rifle silhouette matches taking place at the Canadian National Championship and the US National Championship.

Stine accumulated a total of 104 points, successfully securing his second-place finish against a challenging lineup of national and international shooters. Scoring 34 out of 40 possible in the first match, Stine went on to score 36 and 34 in the second and third matches respectively.

SK is looking forward to Stine’s performance in the upcoming US NRA Smallbore Silhouette National Championship matches from July 20-22.

Team SK’s Jake Stine Shines at Inaugural SK Lone Star Cup

Jake Stine shines at SK Lone Star Cup 2025

Team SK’s Jake Stine showcased his talent at the inaugural SK Lone Star Cup on June 7-8, adding another significant achievement to his already impressive shooting career. The competition, which drew top smallbore rifle shooters from the southwestern United States and Mexico, served as a demanding proving ground.

Stine secured second place in the individual Smallbore Standard rifle championship. His score of 135/160 put him in a tie with Mexico’s Ricardo Rueda, leading to an exciting shoot-off that highlighted Stine’s skill and competitive drive against international talent.

Beyond his individual success, Stine was also a key member of the victorious team. Alongside teammates Dustin Flint and KG Bourgoyne, Stine helped clinch the Team Championship on Saturday. Stine attributed his excellent performance to the quality of his ammunition, stating, “Thank you to SK ammunition for all of the support. The quality ammunition is the reason I am able to consistently compete with top shooters.” SK extends its congratulations to Jake Stine for his outstanding success and looks forward to his continued achievements in the shooting sports.

SK’s Kaylyn Craig Wins 1st at the ARA Portion of the 2025 Triple Crown

Team SK shooter Kaylyn Craig delivered an outstanding performance at the 2025 Triple Crown Tournament, taking first place in the American Rimfire Association (ARA) segment of the event, held over Memorial Day weekend at the Kettlefoot Rod & Gun Club in Bristol, Virginia.

Craig competed in the ARA Area 3 portion of the tournament and secured her win with a remarkable score of 7250 – 47X over three targets. The prestigious Triple Crown is a 9-card match composed of three distinct shooting segments: ARA (3 cards), Professional Shooting League (PSL, 3 cards), and the New X-Out 300 (3 cards), drawing elite rimfire shooters from across the nation. A card is the target the shooters fire upon, and 1 card contains 25 bullseyes.  

As the newest member of Team SK, Craig made a strong impression. In addition to her first-place ARA finish, she was named Top Junior in the Area 2 Tournament, earned 4th place in the X-Out 300, and finished 6th overall in the Triple Crown standings.

Craig credits her performance to a disciplined training regimen and the reliable performance of SK rimfire ammunition, which helped deliver consistent results across all three segments of competition. Team SK congratulates Kaylyn on her well-earned victory and is proud to support her continued growth in competitive shooting.

Team SK’s Jake Stine Wins Conrad Bernhardt Championships

Team SK’s Jake Stine won the 34th Annual Conrad Bernhardt Silhouette Championships during the weekend of April 26-27. Stine won first place in Hunter Class with a score of 74 X 80, and an Aggregate championship score of 145 x 160.

When asked for comment Stine said “This match was a little bit different one for me. I started a new job three months ago, which has made it harder for me to find time to practice. So, to say the least, I was a bit concerned with how things would turn out. Thankfully I was able to push through these feelings and overcome the challenges. I just want to thank my sponsors SK Ammunition, Timney Triggers, and Hart Barrels. They have spent their time and money to make sure that I am taken care of at all these matches and for that I am truly grateful”.

The Pe Ell Sportsman’s Club, located in f Pe Ell, Washington is home to the Conard Bernhardt Silhouette Championship, and is considered to be one of the best-known silhouette ranges in the country. The two-day Conrad Bernhardt Championship has competitors engage in targets at 40, 60,77 and 100 meters, competing with both standard and hunting rifle.

Stine, who joined Team SK in 2022, will compete next at the inaugural SK Lone Star Cup, at the Bayou Rifle Club in Houston, June 7 and 8.

Inaugural 2025 SK Lone Star Cup to Debut in Houston, Texas

The North American Silhouette Shooting Association (NASSA), in collaboration with Silueteros.com and Bayou Rifles Inc., is thrilled to announce the Inaugural 2025 SK Lone Star Cup (SKLSC). This prestigious event will take place June 7-8, 2025, at the Bayou Rifles Addicks Facility in Houston, Texas.

The 2025 SKLSC will feature two days of Smallbore Standard Rifle Matches, consisting of two 40-shot matches per day for a total aggregate of 160 shots. In addition, competitors will have the opportunity to participate in Smallbore Benchrest Silhouette, which will be fired on the same relays, also totaling 160 shots in aggregate.
